OUR HISTORY AND ENVIRONMENT
Room&WorkValencia was established to provide solutions for seasonal housing. We focus on building a direct relationship with our residents to ensure we meet the specific professional an academic requirement of each tenancy. We manage our rooms independently to offer a functional temporary residence in the heart of the city, governed bhy the Spanish Civil Code and designed for those who require more than just a place to stay: a professional enviroment for their displacement.
Our building, constructed in 1927, is a historical asset located in the central El Ensanche district. This neighborhood serves as a primary professional hub, known for its functional infrastructure and connectivity.
The architecture reflects the period, but the space has been adapted to meet the current needs of professionals who require a functional living base in Valencia. Details like high ceilings and balconies are design elements of a high-quality residential building.
We specialize in hosting professionals, remote workers, and post-graduates who come to Valencia for work, study, or research. We provide an environment that combines tranquility, inspiration, and the opportunity to connect within a professional community.
Our mission is to facilitate temporary residency in Valencia.
